GUJCET – 2022 Notification

The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSEB) have released the official notification for GUJCET 2022. The applications begin from 25 January to 05 February 2022.

Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2022 is held & Manage by GSEB for admission to degree engineering, degree pharmacy, and diploma pharmacy programs.

Students can register for GUJCET 2022 at gseb.org and gujcet.gseb.org. The application form fee for GSEB is Rs. 300, which can be paid via Debit /Credit Card/Internet banking, SBI Branch Payment, and Online and Push Response (SBI cash offline payment).

GUJCET – 2022 Eligibility Criteria

A candidate should complete his/her 10+2 from either Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board, CBSE, CICSE, NIOS, or International School Board. Anyone scheduled to complete the 10+2 in 2022 is eligible to apply for GUJCET 2022.

The candidate/applicant should be a domiciled resident of Gujarat. Resident domiciles of Gujarat residing in other states are also eligible to apply for GUJCET 2022.
• The candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in 10+2 or equivalent and 40% marks for SC/ST & SEBC category).

In continuation to trailing mail on the subject, as  known to all of us that Corona Virus is spreading Globally and we, in India are also witnessing random cases of the infected people.

‘COVID -19’ has been declared Pandemic by WHO. We must take utmost care, adequate precautions and safety measures which needs to  be adhered to by all of us at all  places, be it home, transit or at work place.

It is advised to all to further follow some precautionary measures diligently as below :-

·      No Air travel to be planned till the normalcy is announced by Govt. Authorities.

·      In each of our plant and office locations the First Aid Box must be equipped with contactless Thermometers, in adequate quantity and all incoming Employees/Workmen/Contract Laborers and Visitors must be screened for any fever etc.

·      Each and every Employee/Workmen/Contract Laborers and Visitors  must be made aware to follow best of the hygiene. Every person should wash their hands with liquid soap as soon as they enter. Besides they should wash their hands frequently with liquid soap and water. Necessary facilities of liquid soap and tissue paper must be provided in all our locations adequately.

·      Our present Biometric attendance system should be discontinued for the time being at all the locations and temporarily manual attendance register must be put in to place with immediate effect.

·      Please arrange to increase frequency of cleaning and disinfect frequently touched objects,  high-touch surfaces, table tops, door handle etc. using a spray and wipe.

देश-दुनिया में महिला दिवस से जुड़े तमाम आयोजनों की धूम के दौर में महिला सशक्तीकरण की चर्चा स्वाभाविक है। वैसे हमारे देश की संस्कृति में सदियों से महिला सशक्तीकरण समाया हुआ है। समकालीन संदर्भों में इसका आशय सामाजिक, आर्थिक, राजनीतिक एवं सुरक्षा प्रतिष्ठान में महिलाओं की स्थिति में सुधार से है। इसके लिए आवश्यक होगा कि महिलाओं के लिए नए अवसर सृजित किए जाएं ताकि वे समाज में अपनी और प्रभावी भूमिका निभा सकें। इसके लिए महिला सशक्तीकरण का अनुकूल परिवेश बनाना हम सभी का साझा लक्ष्य होना चाहिए। इसका नतीजा उस माहौल के रूप में निकलना चाहिए जहां महिलाएं किसी भी तरह के कामकाज में स्वयं को सुरक्षित महसूस करें। महिलाओं को परिवार एवं समाज में पुरुषों के समकक्ष भूमिकाएं निभानी चाहिए ताकि किसी भी प्रकार के भेदभाव या अभाव का कोई प्रश्न ही न उठे।

प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व वाली सरकार ने महिला हितों को व्यापक दृष्टिकोण से देखते हुए कई पहल की हैं। महिला सशक्तीकरण को प्राथमिकता देते हुए सरकार ने महिलाओं को पुरुषों के बराबर अवसर प्रदान करने का प्रयास किया है। हमारी सरकार के लिए महिला सशक्तीकरण महज एक नारा न होकर, सुरक्षा के पांच पहलुओं पर आधारित एक व्यापक मिशन है। ये पांच पहलू हैं-मां एवं शिशु की स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा, सामाजिक सुरक्षा, वित्तीय सुरक्षा, शैक्षणिक एवं वित्तीय कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से भविष्य की सुरक्षा और अंत में महिलाओं की सलामती।

तमाम सक्षम महिला अधिकारियों ने अपने पराक्रम से उन लोगों की धारणाओं को तोड़ा है जो शायद यह सवाल उठाते हों कि सैन्य बलों में भला वे क्या भूमिका निभा सकती हैं। सैन्य बलों में महिला अधिकारी बीते 80 वर्षों से सेवाएं दे रही हैं। उन्होंने पूरी क्षमताओं और उत्कृष्टता के साथ काम किया है। राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा में महिलाओं की भूमिका दिन-प्रतिदिन बढ़ती जा रही है। आज महिलाएं रक्षा उत्पादन इकाइयों, रक्षा अनुसंधान के साथ ही सैन्य बलों में अपना लोहा मनवा रही हैं।

सैन्य बलों में महिला सशक्तीकरण बीते पांच वर्षों में हमारी सरकार की प्रमुख प्राथमिकताओं में से एक रहा है और इस दौरान कई प्रवर्तनकारी पहल भी की गई हैं। वर्ष 2019 में सेनाकर्मियों में महिलाओं की हिस्सेदारी 3.89 प्रतिशत, वायुसेनाकर्मियों में 13.28 प्रतिशत और नौसेनाकर्मियों में 6.7 प्रतिशत हिस्सेदारी रही। वर्ष 2016 से पहले भारतीय सुरक्षा बलों में महिलाओं की भागीदारी महज 2.5 प्रतिशत थी।

महिला दिवस के अवसर पर कुछ मिसाल बनी अधिकारियों के योगदान का स्मरण भी आवश्यक है जिन्होंने साबित किया कि जब देश की सुरक्षा की बात आए तो महिलाएं किसी से कमतर नहीं। कम ही लोग जानते हैं कि बालाकोट एयर स्ट्राइक में स्क्वाड्रन लीडर मिंटी अग्रवाल फाइटर कंट्रोलर की भूमिका में थीं। दुश्मन को कड़ा सबक सिखाने वाले इस अभियान में अद्भुत प्रदर्शन के लिए उन्हें युद्ध सेवा पदक प्रदान किया गया। पिछले साल मई में फ्लाइट लेफ्टिनेंट भावना कंठ पहली महिला पायलट बनीं जिन्होंने लड़ाकू विमान में कॉम्बैट मिशन के लिए क्वालिफाई किया।

रक्षा अनुसंधान एवं विकास संगठन यानी डीआरडीओ में महिलाओं को बराबरी के अवसर दिए जा रहे हैं ताकि वे अपनी क्षमताओं का पूरा लाभ उठाकर देश के लिए उत्कृष्ट रक्षा तकनीक विकसित कर सकें। आज संस्थान में कई शीर्ष पदों पर महिला वैज्ञानिक विराजमान हैं। लोग शायद यह जानकर हैरान होंगे कि देश की कुछ अग्र्रणी मिसाइल वैज्ञानिक महिलाएं हैं। वर्ष 2018 में महिला अधिकारियों के जत्थे ने आइएनएसवी तारिणी के जरिये पूरे ग्लोब का चक्कर लगाने की उपलब्धि अर्जित की थी। समय के साथ विभिन्न मोर्चों पर सैन्य बलों में महिलाओं ने खूब दमखम दिखाकर साबित किया है वे किसी से कम नहीं।

महिलाओं की ये उपलब्धियां सामरिक क्षेत्र तक ही सीमित नहीं। हमारी सरकार के तमाम कदमों से महिलाओं का आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक सशक्तीकरण भी हुआ है। जैसे मुद्रा योजना ने महिलाओं के आर्थिक सशक्तीकरण की बुनियाद रखी है। इसमें संदेह नहीं कि सरकार सही दिशा में प्रयास कर रही है, लेकिन अभी भी देश में और जागरूकता की दरकार है। ‘बेटी बचाओ, बेटी पढ़ाओ’ जैसे कार्यक्रमों का व्यापक असर हुआ है। इससे लैंगिक अनुपात सुधरा और जागरूकता भी बढ़ी है।

महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने में भारत ने खूब तरक्की की है, पर अभी भी काफी कुछ करना होगा। ‘स्त्री शक्ति’ ‘राष्ट्र शक्ति’ का अभिन्न अंग है और अपनी ‘शक्ति’ को सशक्त बनाए बिना हम ‘शक्तिशाली भारत’ का निर्माण नहीं कर सकते।

1 Just study, don’t procrastinate.

2 Put away the laptop. Get your parents to hide the battery so you won’t be tempted.

3 Draw up a realistic timetable. Short, frequent study sessions. You need to be doing more than your homework.

4 Organise yourself. It’s never too late. Clear notes, tidy folders. Don’t stress yourself out.

5 Don’t prioritise any one subject. All main subjects should get equal time. Allow two hours each weekend for each subject and around 30-40 minutes per night for studying what was covered on that day in the classroom.

6 Print chief examiners’ reports for your subjects. They give sample answers which you can use as a guide for answering style.

7 How much time do you spend on the internet? Half-an-hour in the morning, an hour in the evening? It all adds up. Two hours a day is 14 per week, 56 per month. Imagine if you were to spend just half of that revising.

8 Fewer late nights. The worst thing you can do at the weekends is spend the whole night up, and the whole day in bed. Try to get to bed by 1am at the latest on weekends, and get up early .

9 Divide up work with a friend, then meet up, photocopy each other’s notes, teach each other what you learned.

10 Reading a book isn’t studying – it’s reading a book. Set a target: “I will revise this topic for 45 minutes”. Take notes as you go. Put away the books. Do an exam question. Now that’s study
